Do you know there are apps to save on everyday purchases? Or even not so everyday purchases.
Save on purchases like groceries, gas, clothing, toiletries and even vacations.
I have found, in my opinion, the best apps on the planet to save us some money and I’m excited to share them with you. After all, I know how hard you work for your money, and I want it to go a bit further for you.
The Best Apps To Save On Everyday Purchases
Ibotta is my, hands down, absolute favorite way to save on groceries.
One of the things I like most is you’re not limited to a certain brand. You can buy any brand of milk, bread, cheese, etc. and still save money. Winning!
Ibotta isn’t just strictly for groceries, though. You can use it at clothing retailers, restaurants, thrift stores like Dollar General, even convenience stores. No joke, this is one of the best apps to save on everyday purchases.
Check it out for yourself and get $10 bucks for doing so!
3. Checkout 51
Checkout 51 is my second favorite way to save on groceries. I use it in combination with Ibotta to save double when they’re both offering the same deals.
Checkout 51 offers other great deals too like cash giveaways!
I’ll be darn surprised if you haven’t heard of Ebates by now but if you haven’t? Ebates is awesome!
A few years ago, when I was still a Personal Banker, so many people were coming into the office with these rebate checks from Ebates, and I was like, “What the heck is an Ebate?” – I’ve been using them for online shopping ever since.
This one is for online shoppers, like me.
I typically do most of my shopping at Amazon, Target, and Kohls and can easily save more just by going through Ebates first.
See what the fuss is all about and get $10 for signing up and making your first purchase of $25 or more. That’s 40% off, right out of the gate!
Paribus is seriously so cool. I was so thrilled when I found it and even more thrilled when I started using it.
When you buy something online, Paribus peeks at the receipt through your email. Then, they monitor the retailer for a price drop. If Paribus finds one, they ask the retailer to refund you the difference. See, cool, right!
Raise.com is freaking incredible. I know, I’m like, geeking out over here with every app but it’s because I’m so legitimately excited about each one.
Raise let’s you buy gift cards from anywhere for everything. I mean everything for less money than they’re valued at. Not only that, but you can sell gift cards you don’t use too!
Maybe you feel it, I don’t know, but I literally feel like I’m going to burst with excitement every time I enter their domain.
Groupon has given me so many fabulous hotel rooms at discounted prices that I’ve seriously lost track. My little family of four is planning a trip to Nashville in August to see the Solar Eclipse, and Groupon will be my first stop for discounted hotels in the city.
It also allows me to do a little daydreaming on the side. 😉
Get the app; you won’t be disappointed.
7. Target Cartwheel
Oh, how I love Target.
I always say, if you shop at Target, ever, you need a Redcard. – (Not a Credit Card) – Now, stack the perks of the Redcard with the perks of the Cartwheel app, and we’re on fire.
Let me explain.
The Target Cartwheel app lets you choose from hundreds of offers from 5% to 50% off. Just add them to your Cartwheel and scan your personal barcode at checkout and watch the savings add up.
The Target Redcard gives you 5% off on every purchase, plus free shipping on any order, regardless of the total price. The card works like a debit card, pulling the money from you checking account. See, not a credit card.
Now combine the saving power or the cartwheel with the Redcard, and it is a win-win.

8. Walmart Savings Catcher
The Walmart Savings Catcher App is pretty genius.
When you scan a receipt for purchases made in the last 7 days at Walmart, Savings Catcher will automatically give you the difference if a competitor offers the same product(s) at a lower price.
A former coworker did this religiously and would keep the balance for Christmas shopping. It inspired me to do the same.
Savings Catcher is surely a catch. 😉
There you have it, my friends.
In my humble opinion, the very best apps to save on everyday purchases.
